Fulfillment Policy

Refund Policy:

Diamond Pacific will refund any unused products within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is still with its original packaging.

After 30 days, Diamond Pacific will replace any Diamond Pacific product with a manufacturing defect for the lifetime of the product.  Purchasers will have to contact the manufacturer directly for items not made by Diamond Pacific.

Shipping Policy:

Website orders are eligible to ship anywhere in the United States and are typically shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.  Orders are Shipped UPS Ground Service and are charged based on current rates.   Any order not able to be shipped within 30 days will be refunded or put on back order at Customer’s discretion.

Return Policy and Process:

Items can be returned for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase provided the product is still with its original packaging.

Diamond Pacific products with manufacturer defects may be exchanged for the lifetime of the product.

Purchasers will have to contact manufacturers directly for items not made by Diamond Pacific.

Cancellation Policy:

Purchasers may cancel an order any time prior to it being shipped for a full refund.  After items have been shipped, Purchasers will need to refer to the refund and return policies.
