Our Galaxy carving wheels have special shapes and sizes for helping the sculptor grind those difficult grooves and curves in stone. Use these rounded faced carving wheels when doing carving, intarsia, channel work, stained glass, and other applications that require curved edges. Use the ¼” and ½” widths for narrow grooves and the 1” wide for larger ones. Four wheel diameters increase your choices.
All Galaxy carving wheels can be used on the Titan. All but the 8” wheels can be used on the Genie. Only the 2” ad 4” wheels can be used on the Pixie. These wheels can also be used on most other grinding machines that have standard arbors.
Galaxy Wheels have 1” arbor holes. There are bushings available if you wish to downsize the arbor hole.
